Accenture helps organisations focus on the operating models, infrastructure and digital tools that will provide room to grow in this new world of opportunity.

The big idea

By expanding CPG products within the confines of physical sales environments, we illustrate the need for transformation. Without upgrading infrastructure to meet the needs of digital commerce, growth will always be limited.
